1. Eligibility for Return

• Books can only be returned if they are damaged, a wrong product has been delivered.

• The request must be made within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof (clear photos/video).

• Books that are used, written on, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds are issued only in case of genuine issues like wrong or defective delivery.

• Wherever possible, we will replace the book instead of refunding.

• If replacement is not possible, a refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• Change of mind or personal preference.

• Delay in courier/delivery (after dispatch).

• Digital products, PDFs, or e-books are non-refundable.
