Shipping Policy – Sahitya Classes
At Sahitya Classes, we make sure your books and study materials are delivered safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy below:
1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping & Delivery Time
- Standard delivery time is 5–7 working days within India (may vary by location).
- Remote areas may take 7–10 working days.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances (strikes, natural disasters, etc.).
3. Tracking Orders
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email/WhatsApp to track your shipment.
4. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
- Please make sure you provide the correct shipping address and contact number.
- In case of failed delivery due to an incorrect address or unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.
5. International Shipping
Currently, we do not ship internationally. Shipping is available only within India.
